Adult Worship Service

What to expect: We have a team of teachers and worship leaders who take turns preparing and leading the service, so each week looks and sounds a little different from the next. We come from a wide range of backgrounds and Christian traditions, and that is reflected in our services.

Come casually dressed - after all, we meet in a gym. Expect to engage in passionate worship including modern worship songs and old hymns, usually led by a worship band and multiple vocalists and worship leaders. Expect to be challenged to dig deep into God's Word and apply it to your life. A portion of most of our services is dedicated to allowing all of us to serve one another in prayer, confession, and sharing (one-on-one), as well as taking the Lord's Supper together. Our goal each week is to give you plenty of opportunities to engage God personally.

You can follow along with the teacher's notes each week in the Bible app on your phone. Download the Bible app, open the menu and go to events to follow along during the service.

Your First Visit

The first Sunday visiting a new church can be a challenge. Here are a few tips to help you start off on the right track.

First Visit Tips

  •  Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the service starts as parking can fill up fast. We have reserved parking up front for visitors.
  •  Shuttle service runs all morning between the Club and our overflow parking at Owl Creek School (during school year).
  •  Most people come casually dressed, so wear something you feel comfortable in.
  •  If you have a Bible, plan to bring it along.
  •  Our host team is ready to help you and your family check in and answer any questions you may have. Just tell someone with a host name tag that this is your first visit and they will take care of you.
  •  If you are a coffee drinker, feel free to pour a cup before or after the service.
  •  Our services typically last about an hour and a half.
