And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it. There is no Joy like releasing our lives to a Father who knows our fears and desires.  He calls us to rid ourselves of things that are meaningless. He longingly calls to us, saying: "...Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
