Affordable Housing
Cobblestone Farm Community is a unique affordable housing development immediately south of Cobblestone Farm at Wedington Drive and 54th Avenue in West Fayetteville. Built on New Heights Church’s land in partnership with Excellerate Foundation, Potter’s House, Cobblestone Farms, and Strategic Realty, Cobblestone Farm Community provides affordable housing to approximately 100 families.
The project features one, two, three, and four-bedroom units in order to accommodate families of various sizes. Some of the units are specifically designed to be accessible for people with physical disabilities.
Potter’s House is committed to offer ways for residents to connect with their neighbors and others to form engaging, intentional, and diverse relationships.
Future plans including a community center/chapel to host events and a Potter’s House processing center.

Cobblestone Farms
Situated to the north of Cobblestone Farm Community is Cobblestone Farms, a nonprofit using New Height’s land to help ensure that everyone in NWA has access to fresh food grown through environmentally responsible agriculture.
